  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent or placed in error.

3. Print-on-Demand Nature of Products

All Zalory mugs are custom-printed on demand via our fulfillment partner CustomCat. Production begins after payment is confirmed. As a result, we cannot guarantee changes to or cancellations of orders once production has started.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Zalory or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any designs without prior written permission.
  • By placing a custom order, you confirm that you own or have the right to use any submitted design, and you agree to hold Zalory harmless from any related claims.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zalory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in the US.
