Order Processing

All Zalory mugs are custom printed on demand through CustomCat. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Limited shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available with an additional surcharge.

• Alaska & Hawaii: Additional $5–$10 surcharge applies
• International shipping: Not available at this time

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS through CustomCat's fulfillment network.

Delays & Exceptions

• Production delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, major sales events).
• We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
• If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
